Lowes Home Improvement Makes Everett a Safer City

The Lowes store in Everett has donated 540 Duracell smoke detector batteries to the Everett Fire Department.  These batteries will be carried by Everett Fire Department fire crews and distributed as needed.

Everett firefighters visit over 10,000 residences annually in the city of Everett and according to the Fire Chief are "in a great position to determine the status of those residential smoke detectors".

Thanks to Lowes Home Improvement for this safety minded contribution.
